Its probably not a good idea to post your email if your a noob or else some people might spam the crap out of you. But the movie pictures are known as Gifs. Its a file that shows movement regardless of location. you can just search for gif avatars or something

just find them on the internet.....what i usually do is go to google and type in what im looking for then i out .gif after it
