I am watching Paranormal Activity, and I clicked on a link on RE, and guess what.
CONGRATULATIONS YOU WON! My speakers were cranked, and I nearly had a heart attack. So far, this movie isn’t scary. I am at where she just stares at him in bed for 3 hours

So far yes. This is a thread for this movie by the way.
It is supposed to be one of the scariest of all time. I never watch scary movies (The shining is the only one I have watched) and so far it isn’t scary and it sucks

Taking into consideration you downloaded the leaked torrent download, let me just say that the ending sucks. The theatrical version is far more "whoa". It gives you more of a tiny scare you could say. Indeed the movie is overrated but its not complete shit. It wasn’t an oh shit its scary, it was just plainly creepy. I found myself rather spooked in bed after I kept replaying several scenes in the movie. Other than that the movie is a bunch of ranting and talking about the fucking demon.

Brjo, that happens to me too much. I’ll be listening to loud music and all of a sudden BAM! CONGRATULATIONS, YOU WON! or some of those damn ads that start talking, and about 3 of them happen at the same time.

It was decent but I expected too much was the problem. There isn’t enough scare time in the movie. Its mostly just talking.
With a movie made for under 11,000 dollars what more could we expect really. Its worth a watch but not worth buying or paying more then 10 dollars to see.
I’d put it 1 step above Blair witch project, (which isnt very high on the steps in my book)

DekOy, I didn’t download a torrented version but thanks for coming out. Anyway, I finished the movie and I agree, it sucks. I get scared really easy, and am still alone, and haven’t even thought about it. My sister, who is 13, watched it also and she agreed it sucks

These ads stopped when i downloaded spybot and ran it.
DO IT! IT’S WORTH IT. They piss me off.

I assume you are watching the 2007 version.
That’s the one I’ve seen as well. The one that’s in theater has the ending reworked by Spielberg i think. I haven’t see that version yet, but i did enjoy the original 07 version. It is slow throughout most of the movie but the waves of ’creeped-out-ness" were pretty damn intense even if I only had about 6 or 7 occurrences.
