Today is leg day.
This is the workout plan I’m doing for the summer.
Abs and forearms on off days.

In addition to going to the gym, I make it a point to do the Prison Workout at least a couple times a week.

All I do is do random shit at the gym. Two days on, one day off. I usually do stair stepper to burn calories since it’s easy. Then I do the rower and bike, and some weights if I could be fucked.

I dont really have a plan.
If i feel like doing it one day ill do it, if i dont i wont.
I do burn my calories every day though. :3

I just attach weights to my arms/guitar/controller when I play Guitar Hero. Feels good man.

igloo, back when I use to work out, my trainer
told me to do abs every day (except Sunday) since they are so hard to target.
I would also split up upper body and lower body
by alternating days.
Sunday I would rest and do nothing.

I do the elliptical machine and some upper body weight lifting almost every day. I work out in a gym with lots of other old ladies (old men too). :D
