As title insists, I need tech help.
My 360 decided to off itself, and refuses to restart.
Its cooled down, all the wires are plugged in, and it still wont work.
The main problem is that I had a rental game in the drive when it died. Game is due in 2 days..
Is there any way that the disc drive can be wired up to my computer so that I can atleast open it?
Ill put pics of it up in a few minutes.

There should be a manual release somewhere. I don’t know specifically where it is, but there should be a place to insert a paper clip somewhere...
Here, after typing that I googled a bit, and found this. So yes, there is a manual release

This is why I don’t spend money on something that is going to be boring and/or obsolete after a set amount of time.
I’ve had my X-box (not 360) for YEARS and it still works, why do 360’s break?

It doesnt get boring if you buy new games.
The original xbox was a fucking brick..I tried to kill mine and it still works..
The 360s dont have hardware failures, but more so software fail. I have no idea why..
Just finished the autopsy and everything seems fine..Nothing is loose, nothing is missing, nothing is burned (that I can tell), and nothing is broke.

I’ve had my 360 for just over a year and never had any problems with it, and I used to always play it.
Althought Microsoft equipment sucks ass, Like headsets and plugnplay etc all those suck so terribly...
I’m on my 4th Headset...
