Philly and UK are the only ones I think worth mentioning on this entire site. Most "Pyros" on this site are 12 year olds that can make flash powder or light magnesium ribbons.

Yes i agree but some people are just not as active as them, i mean i’m pretty dam noobish when it comes to pyrotechics.
But Techno and Po are pretty good as well, so are kenny and ecko.

Never really been into homemade pyrotechnics, however I remember making homemade weapons as young as 7. Nunchucks, katanas, things to keep my sister out of my room (ya know those metal plates with small spikes in them that keep rafters in place in wooden houses? Flip one over, it hurts like hell to step on), etc. But I don’t consider myself advanced in that area simply because I have not done anything with homemade weapons in many years. Last weapon I made was a small 18" long stick with four razors stuck blade-out around the end, so no matter how you swung it, it would fucking hurt.
