I read on RE that you can make Dextrin from Corn Starch by cooking it in the oven for 20 minutes on cooking paper. Is this true?

No, not for drugs. I read that Dextrin is used in making fuses. It has something to do with binding the Black Powder in Visco fuses.

yeh, you can sit on brown paper at 200 until it goes browny yellow.

and if im correct, its used for binding things, but thats all i know.
