It isn’t any real risk.
Improperly formatted executable files just cause invalid interrupts to be used by the processor, causing mismatches the computer cannot usually handle.
That’s why you can type "OK" and save it as an exe, and it will crash a computer.
Your best bet is to remove the flash drive, restart the computer, and reinsert the drive. Then delete it. If you saved it as "Autoplay.exe" then you might have one hell of a problem if flash drives are autoplay compatible.
