I see soooo many eggs with the sentence: "you can make flash powder out of basic things from the grocery store or the garden center." Well, i have to tell u that the ingrediants needed to make the powder dont sound that simple to get ur hands on. So can anyone tell me what items at the grocery store or garden center contain the ingrediants needed to make flash powder!??!?

A detailed answer of where to get the stuff and how to make the actual flash powder would be greatly appreciated.
