Ok, I have searched and found one egg related to this egg, but its more welfare and this one is actually reusable and pratical. The other one , made with soda cans, is called "Hobo Stove" and it actually is. This one you can pack with you camping and it takes up a small amount of room and was pretty fun to make in my opinion.
For starters, you need:
Wirecutters, a fat tincan bigger than a beercan, 3 Screws, a Screwdriver (I used an cordless electric screwdriver), a Tealight, Matches or a Lighter, and something to cook like tea in a beercan or Spaghettios.
Step One:
You need to cut a hole around the bottom of the big can onto the side of it like so.
Step Two:
The hole must be big enough to put the candle in but not too big so its open to the wind like this
Step Three:
make small holes onto the sides of the can like a peace symbol and drill or screw in the screws.
Step Four:
Light your candle before you put it in the big can because its quicker and easier.
Step Five:
Drop your canned goods that need to be heated up or make tea with snow like I did the other day it takes a little time but its good stuff, but remember, its also for survival, so obviously its not gonna cook in a flash.
Tips:
You should probably take the lid off the Spaghettios or whatever your cooking.
If you paint it flat black or a dark color, it helps absorb the sun’s heat.
Thanks for reading my egg!
Spud
P.S: I was using my webcam again because I cant find my Canon Powershot A75. Sorry for horrible pics. |

Depends on what you would be cooking at -15, it will boil snow into boiling water in about 40-45 minutes with the wind but its fun to cook stuff on it lol. |

Keep in mind that its a tealight, but if you wanted to, you could make a stove with a coffee tincan with the same steps but you need a can that will fit but not be really loose so it will cook faster. | |
